Identification Requirements
Applicants must provide the following documents of identity that add up to 100 points or more. The combination of documents MUST show
an example of your date of birth, current residential address, contain a photograph of yourself and a sample signature. If you do not have
these forms of identification, your application will not be accepted.
PRIMARY DOCUMENTS - You may ONLY USE ONE Primary Document
Full Birth Certificate or Birth Card issued by the Registrar of Births, Deaths and Marriages 70 Points
Passport (Current or expired within last two years, but not cancelled) 70 Points
Australian Citizenship Certificate 70 Points
SECONDARY DOCUMENTS - You are allowed to use a combination of Secondary Documents
Australian Drivers Licence 40 Points
NSW Photo Card (New version of Proof of Age Card) 25 Points
Medicare Card 25 Points
Department of Veterans Card 25Points
Centrelink Card 25 Points
Credit Card or Account Card or Bank Statement (cannot be a combination from the same bank) 25 Points
Motor Vehicle Registration or Insurance Documents 25 Points
Property (Council) Rates Notice 25 Points
Property Lease Agreement 25 Points
Home Insurance Papers 25 Points
A Utility Bill (e.g. water, electricity, gas) (Must be from different utilities) 25 Points
